Thank you very much for all your much appreciated donations and pledges.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>However, we still need more money to enable Ni4H to be a Rule 6 Party<\/strong>\u00a0at the 3-week Public Inquiry. If we do not get sufficient donations and pledges we will need to withdraw the Statement of Case and fall back to the Ni4H Interested Party Statement which Ni4H submitted in March, we will not be able to call witnesses, cross examine the developer&#8217;s witnesses or participate fully in the Inquiry.\u00a0<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unfortunately it is either 3 weeks with full representation in preparation for and throughout the Inquiry, or someone representing Ni4H speaking for just 3 minutes.
