Ni4H has written to our MP, Jeremy Quin, asking him to please participate in Tuesday’s Westminster Hall debate on waste incineration and recycling rates, to be moved by Elliot Colburn, MP for Carshalton and Wallington.
As noted at https://www.parliament.uk/…/speakers-office/wadjourns1/ the debate is scheduled for Tuesday 12th January, provisionally from 4:30pm-5:30pm. Please ask your MP to participate too and join Ni4H watching the debate via Parliament Live TV.
Ni4H awaits further news of the Environmental Permit Application and details of the Public Consultation, which has not started yet for the High Public Interest Horsham Incinerator.
Meanwhile West Sussex County Council has been consulting Horsham District Council and others as they consider discharging further planning conditions. We will let you know as soon as we hear any relevant news.
