No Incinerator 4 Horsham (Ni4H) Community Group now has 715 signatures on the change.org petition including those on the printed copies. The petition and reasons for signing will be sent to the Planning Inspector, Ian Jenkins BSc CEng MICE MCIWEM, asking him to: “Dismiss the appeal for planning permission for the proposed Horsham Incinerator.” Please sign and share the petition.

As the West Sussex County Council Planning Portal, where relevant documents are available, will be down from 20th to 26th February while they transfer to a new system, the deadline for sending comments to the Planning Inspector has been extended by a week to Monday 4th March.

Please tell others about the appeal, petition and fundraising for legal help and technical reports, as we prepare for the 3-week Public Inquiry which starts on 29th October 2019.

Donations to Ni4H can be made by bank transfer to: Sort Code: 20-42-58, Account Number: 63387127, credit or debit card or PayPal via our website, where more information is available: ni4h.org

Residents, businesses and others can comment on the planning application before 4th March 2019 (quoting APP/P3800/W/18/3218965).
