Ni4H had a very helpful meeting with our barrister and technical experts last week, they are busy working on documents ready to submit an excellent, well researched, Statement of Case to the Planning Inspector as requested on Thursday 18th July. Thank you very much for all your much appreciated donations and pledges. 

However, we still need more money to enable Ni4H to be a Rule 6 Party at the 3-week Public Inquiry. If we do not get sufficient donations and pledges we will need to withdraw the Statement of Case and fall back to the Ni4H Interested Party Statement which Ni4H submitted in March, we will not be able to call witnesses, cross examine the developer’s witnesses or participate fully in the Inquiry. 

Unfortunately it is either 3 weeks with full representation in preparation for and throughout the Inquiry, or someone representing Ni4H speaking for just 3 minutes. The choice is in the hands of everyone who objects to plans to build a huge commercial and industrial incinerator in rural Horsham, taking waste from 6 counties and all that would entail for current and future generations.
